Sr. DAM Developer

Sr. Developer (Nuxeo platform/ DAM application)

Cognizant is looking for a Sr. Developer with 5+ years of experience in developing customized product for our clients. Cognizant needs a motivated individual to challenge the status quo and provide thought leadership/best practices to enhance our current services and technologies.

Roles/Responsibilities:   

• Looking for a techno-functional candidate who can interact with client, propose technical solutions, and configure changes to programming code
• Partnering with internal development teams (product management, engineering, dev ops, and cloud ops) to resolve problems with configuration/code, software bugs, performance, and system failures.
• Assist client in troubleshooting problems, diagnosing issues within the DAM application, identifying root-cause and providing resolutions within the contractual SLA
• Document the knowledge base of recurring issues and train the offshore team accordingly.
• Guide the offshore teams, including platform on the impact assessment and resolution of defects

Must Have Skills:             

• Good hands-on development experience with Nuxeo platform (certified)
• At least 5 years of experience in Java, JS, J2EE, SQL, web technologies
• Good understanding of AWS and architecture
• The candidate should have understating of DAM (Digital asset management) platforms
• Candidate must be fluent in English and should have great communication skills.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Good at communicating complex ideas and reaching out to different points of view
• Good to have domain knowledge of the life-sciences and CPG industries.
