Specialist, Digital Assets

Epson, a $10B global leader in high-quality consumer electronics, imaging, and point of sale printing devices, is seeking an exceptional Specialist, Digital Assets to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day of the Epson Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. All activities will be conducted in conjunction with a cross-functional team in order to provide an easy-to-use experience for all of our stakeholders and ensure alignment with overall digital asset management system goals for centralization, reuse, sharing, self-service and findability. Principal Accountabilities

In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Digital Assets

• Provides thought leadership and drives best practices and processes for all digital asset management activities to ensure an optimal experience for the customer
• Oversees all aspects of user management including inviting, approving, and managing users and user permissions
• Leads all user adoption and training activities on an ongoing basis
• Manages all upload activities, either directly or indirectly
• Manages all metadata and folder activities
• Generates all scheduled and ad-hoc reporting
• Conducts content audits

Leads ongoing improvement efforts

Drive Sales (Epson.com, Online, and Offline)

• Coordinates asset resourcing with internal requestors, outside agencies and Information Systems
• Ensures Epson is leveraging digital assets where appropriate outside of Epson.com through sharing via digital asset management system capabilities
• Utilizes data and feedback to determine key improvements that result in better customer experience and ultimately better sales or increased traffic to partner pages

Minimum Requirements

Specialist or admin experience (2-5 years)
