Intro

The Solution Consultant Assets Architect is responsible for the successful implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud products, primarily AEM Assets. A successful implementation involves helping a client understand how an assets strategy can help meet their business goals, then implementing the best solution.

This role requires a proactive, hands-on, results-oriented person with a consultative focus and a deep business process understanding, including the ability to identify gaps and issues in existing processes and systems. The ability to work on assigned project tasks, as well as independently identify other value-added activities is a must. In addition to implementation consulting expertise, this role requires a guiding approach that increases solution adoption, adds business value, and ultimately optimizes the configuration to enhance the client experience.

What You'll Do and The Impact You'll Make:

Solution Consultant - Assets Architect will lead and implement new, end-to-end Adobe Experience Manager Assets Implementations and provide training, guidance, and ongoing support of our customer's use of the Adobe Experience Cloud. They will also learn how to use and support the other products in the Adobe Experience Cloud, including Workfront, etc.

  • Educating clients and potential clients on Assets strategies and showing how they work with AEM Assets through demos and working sessions
  • Training clients on how to use AEM Assets and maintain their system post implementation
  • Client and team communication
  • Internal and external project reporting
  • Gather, understand, and document business requirements
  • Platform configuration and project execution
  • Managing internal project team, tickets, and development tasks
  • Creation of business process workflow
  • Scoping new projects and opportunities through product demos and working sessions with clients
  • Conduct process improvement exercises with customers on a regular cadence to increase customer adoption and maturity
What We'd Love to See:

  • Multiple years of Assets implementation experience as a Consultant, Partner, or System Administrator
  • Intimate knowledge of AEM Assets including:
  • Folder structure creation, metadata schema taxonomy development, static and dynamic rendition strategy and management, controlled vocabulary strategy and management, permissions management, workflow management, reporting, asset tagging strategies, asset storage structure, etc.
  • Agency experience in a client-facing role
  • Technical training experience
  • Experience in software development in the agile development process

  • Dynamic Media experience
  • Asset and/or metadata migration experience
  • AEM Business Practitioner experience
  • Experience with Workfront
  • Experience with Analytics, Target, and/or SEO
  • Provide consulting services dedicated to developing a strategic vision for a Digital Asset Management practice.
  • Deliver an actionable roadmap aimed at meeting business objectives, implementing industry best practices, advising on software solutions, and supporting the overall strategic vision
  • Provide implementation support to achieve digital asset management initiatives
  • Conduct interviews with key user groups/teams, leaders, and stakeholders
  • Map out and assess current workflows and processes
  • Compare current state against DAM Maturity Model
  • Develop a DAM Assessment report compiling findings and optional recommendations
  • Review and prioritize gaps, needs, and opportunities from the DAM Assessment
  • Gather feedback and refine the strategy and roadmap to ensure alignment with stakeholder needs
  • Develop communications and engagement plan
