We are currently seeking a senior product operations specialist to join our BMS global offering management team to lead a range of initiatives tied to world class product operations. You will work closely with offering managers and portfolio leaders, and you will collaborate cross-functionally to lead the implementation of digital product initiatives for our eCommerce platform as well as support product lifecycle management. Strong project management skills are critical as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities. Prior experience in product/offering management and/or marketing is a plus. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are eager to help us drive a high level of growth and success in the market.

- Develop and support business processes to streamline our digital product operations
- Lead new product introduction processes to deliver a world class digital customer experience
- Collaborate with customer marketing and offering management teams within Honeywell Building Technologies to ensure we meet digital product requirements across our customer’s journey from learning to procuring our products
- Support product lifecycle initiatives such as SKU rationalization, list price changes, sales tools, voice of customer, and product support for new products as well as product sunsets
- Develop and track KPIs and maintain product information databases
- Develop and drive rails to ensure action item ownership and completion
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in product management
- 2+ years of proficiency with Microsoft Excel application
- Proven track record of success in a product marketing environment
- Versed in digital product marketing platforms such as PIM (product information master), DAM (digital asset management), and product taxonomy
- Ability to interface with IT professionals and utilize ERP systems such as SAP
- Maintain and develop product databases and electronic workflows to maximize operational efficiency
- Proven accountability to meet deliverables and the ability to track and execute on KPIs
- Assertive team player: ability to work in a matrix environment and positively influence and drive consensus across teams without direct authority
- Skill in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
