Job description
- Work with the Marketing Manager to develop & deliver a UK marketing plan for Oxford & Local ranges across all trading channels that fits with the overall objective of growing Oxford share and maximising the opportunity within each UK trading channel
- Project manage new and existing product development internally and externally
- Develop content for use online, in catalogue and at point of sale as necessary to show ranges in their best light and highlighting points of difference
- Maintain the internal product information database (PIM) for books & pads
- Monitor the performance at sku, range, brand and category level and use this insight to both inform the rest of the business and develop the range most appropriately
- Work closely with supply chain/factories to deliver NPD/product discontinuations/range extensions to meet customer targets and by adhering to the Hamelin processes
- Monitor consumer feedback via ZenDesk and any other available tools including Amazon reviews
- Liaise with external agencies as required to deliver projects to time and on budget
- Liaise with Group team to ensure UK strategy alignment
- Educated to degree standard – Preferably in a business discipline
- Minimum of 3 years marketing/product management experience
- Passionate about Marketing and understanding consumer needs
- Experience across the elements of the marketing mix
- Portfolio Management – some experience of managing product ranges
- Numerate and analytical. Managing spreadsheets will be required
- Comfortable working with Office365 i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and particularly Excel
- Highly organised and disciplined with the ability to ensure great attention to detail
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Excellent communication skills: ability to influence well within cross functional teams, work with fellow colleagues, managers and European teams
- Working knowledge of Category Management
- Able to drive and react to change
- Commercially driven
- Must hold a current UK Driving Licence
