Position Summary:

The Global MarCom Digital Project Manager collaborates closely with global, regional and local marketing, and cross-functional teams (Legal, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Quality, Finance, Purchasing, etc.) along with advertising agencies and suppliers, to develop, design and implement marketing communications campaigns and activities through various channels (web, print, digital, events). This role will be the primary contact of the digital asset management (DAM) platform for the commercial organization. The project manager will liaise with finance to ensure financial process is completed and appropriate documents are fulfilled.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops in partnership with Senior Marketing/MarCom Managers comprehensive marketing campaigns and/or event strategies involving various marketing tactics and/or activities whether digital or non-digital
  • Owns the implementation of cross-functional projects/programs from initiation to deployment
  • Propose tools & actions in line with project/meeting objectives to enhance impact on target audiences / attendees
  • Develop and manage the day to day structure and content of the DAM by ensuring easy access to all internal media created by the global marketing community (aka as librarian)
  • Coordinate all operations: venue finding, agencies, AV providers, promotional tools
  • Analyze success & prepare performance reports
  • Coordinate the execution of statements of work, invoices, purchase orders and will work in finance tools to ensure progress and budget alignment
  • Ensure bioMérieux corporate branding is fully used and well respected
  • Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Supplemental Data:

  • Ability to travel, domestically and internationally (approx. 10% of work time)
  • Ability to manage 200+ assets in the library (DAM)
  • Must be able to work at a desk 8 hrs with breaks in a work from home environment or in office
Studies and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Digital Marketing
  • In lieu of degree, we will accept 8 years of related experience
  • 3 years’ experience in marketing communications to include events in a corporate environment or advertising agency
  • 2 years’ project management experience
  • MedTech or Pharma industry experience preferred
  • Specific experience with marketing automation tools will be highly regarded.
  • Experience and knowledge in the administration, content management
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to speak another language would be highly regarded.
  • Ability to multitask and work within deadlines, professionally managing competing priorities.
  • Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Comfortable in an International environment
