Accountabilities:
- Define the digital content strategy: specification, rollout and maintenance of all content on all relevant digital touch points (campaign pages, micro sites, landing pages, social media snippets, category pages, topic pages and product pages) and as such maximizing the digital consumer journey
- Identify and manage the creation of best in class digital assets
- Digital content creation budget management
- Alignment of the digital content strategy with the specific local grower journeys and drive personalization
- Alignment of the digital content strategy with the local digital marketing plans in our key markets
- Realization of tagging and SEO/SEM implementation of all digital content assets
- Management of all digital content consistency & quality according to the brand guidelines
- Creation of content creation briefs for the agencies involved and the end-to end content delivery process
- Management of all digital assets in DAM and ensure proper distribution to all relevant markets
- Interfacing with external agencies, Brand & Insights team, Syngenta IT, Corp communication teams and markets to specify requirements and ensure timely implementation and global rollouts
- Close collaboration with marketing teams in countries and the analytics & optimization manager with respect to digital asset KPI’s (content adoption rates by markets, CTR’s, etc)
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimal 5 years of global digital content management; preferably in a large international company and DAM system
- Strong understanding of the digital customer journeys, B2B and B2C
- Experience with personalization and optimization of digital content within the specific customer journeys
- Experience with KPI setting and measuring and driving digital asset adoption
- Experience with briefing digital marketing agencies on content creation and delivery
- Excellent project management skills; ability to manage several projects at the same time
- Fluency in English
- Team player, able to work in cross functional environment, strong in building and maintaining relationships
- Influencing skills, drive for result
- Structured and analytical with a passion for detail and accuracy
