The Lead, Marketing Creative & Operations (Mktg Creative & Ops) will lead implementation and support Marketing, Creative, and Marketing Ops technology products for UA. By partnering with the Marketing business users, the Lead, Mktg Creative & Ops will set the priority for features and front-end experiences in systems like the Adobe Experience Manager, Dynamic Media/Scene 7, Workfront, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. The Lead, Mktg Creative & Ops will manage current solutions, expand to new solutions and create an unrelenting focus on the content and customer experience journey.
The Lead, Mktg Creative & Ops will also support products and/or functionality that are integrated into the creative and marketing digital platforms and ecosystems. The right candidate will partner with other product managers/owners, agile/waterfall partners (technical leads, scrum masters, business analysts, developers and UX designers) within teams to create or mature digital solutions and ensure these solutions exceed the growing expectations of our customers. This position will also provide a clear solution description and outline of product features for easy comprehension and consumption by the development team and business partners.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Design, Develop and Implement Solutions
- Partner with domain architects to translate strategic target architecture to executable design to drive execution of projects.
- Support active projects throughout the lifecycle, providing oversight and guidance on development activities to ensure consistency with original design as well as overall quality of deliverables
- Investigates operational requirements and seeks effective business solutions through the design and implementation of technology solutions and/or business process improvements
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve existing functionality. Lead design process, and then either drive delivery process directly oversee internal or external teams to drive completion of project
- Establish and maintain Business Process Expertise for respective processes and functional area
- Uses available resources to gain an up-to-date knowledge of relevant IT field
- Builds network of industry colleagues to stay current on trends
- Identifies new and emerging technologies and products, assesses their relevance and potential value to the organization, contributes to briefings of staff and management
- Report on velocity, value and status of DAM Assets
- Report on asset usage, asset engagement
- Hold feedback sessions and use deep analytics to reprioritize work efforts
- Justify the KPI’s and gain business alignment for customer facing platform work
- Support development of project business cases by evaluating business requirements and using deep knowledge of business processes and solutions capabilities in area determine high level solution and level of effort estimates
- Support prioritization process for smaller, non-project prioritization process by reviewing requests and interpreting requirements to drive high level solutioning and level of effort collection
- Provide advanced production support in situations requiring escalation
- 2-4 years’ experience hands on working with Adobe Experience Manager (Cloud Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of all phases of digital development from concept to information architecture to design, development, and QA
- Proven track record of managing cross platform digital projects with large groups of distributed stakeholders and project team members

- Experience with DAM, PIM and workflow platforms, metadata modeling and workflow automation
- Working understanding of content creation, business process, and system process within global team is preferred
- Experience working on content creation and localization tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and committed to meeting deadlines
- Must be a self-starter, proactive, and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of ITIL Service Operations concepts
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent problem-solving skills – able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various consumer, technical and business issues
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a relevant business area such as Digital Marketing preferred
- 5+ years of IT experience
- 2+ years of direct support and design experience with Adobe Experience Manager or other marketing technologies
