Digital Marketing Specialist
We're looking for a talented digital marketing specialist responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across a variety of specialist channels: Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic Display. You will be familiar with promoting brands on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Reddit and will be up to date with the latest industry trends. Your primary goal will be to maximise ROI for Cognism, Kaspr, and Mailtastic.

We're looking for a talented digital marketing specialist responsible for planning, executing, and managing paid advertising campaigns across a variety of specialist channels: Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic Display. You will be familiar with promoting brands on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Reddit and will be up to date with the latest industry trends. Your primary goal will be to maximise ROI for Cognism, Kaspr, and Mailtastic.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Maintenance and optimisation of paid ads.
- Implementation and activation of new platforms and campaigns.
- Planning campaigns with a strong bias for growth & revenue impact.
- Managing day-to-day digital marketing operations (e.g. removing filters, changing bid strategies etc.) across all paid advertising channels including but not limited to Linkedin, Facebook, and Youtube; and reporting on these channels.
- Creating (and then automating) campaign reports.
- Collaborating with our Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing teams to improve the quality and consistency of the campaigns.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within a B2B SaaS organisation.
- Having a demand generation mindset, ensuring we provide value for our prospects.
- Experience in using tools like Hubspot, Pardot, Metadata, Drift etc. (A+ if you have an experience with Cognism.)
- Analytical, experimental, and data-driven mindset; this is certainly not one of those placeholder requirements.
- You are energised by opportunities to learn and adopt new strategies and tactics; you are active in online communities; and you love asking tough questions.
- You have at least one favourite marketing tool that you can’t work without.
