The Digital Marketing Manager is a proven leader that plans, crafts, and implements the Digital Marketing strategy and roadmap. This individual will direct and manage the team and tools that support the flow of the content that appears on all digital channels, such as social media, websites, paid advertising, and blogs, in a way that reinforces and complies with the brand and image of the business. This role will also drive and execute digital marketing tactics from initiation to implementation, maximizing our lead generation and marketing automation to drive a greater return on investment for our sales teams.

- Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g., website, social media, and blogs) with full ownership of the roadmap and digital marketing strategy.
- Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities and stay up to date on digital marketing technologies and developments.
- Establish best practices in digital marketing.
- Ownership and vendor management of MarTech Stack.
- Prioritization of digital marketing roadmap and accountability to successful execution.
- Oversee and develop a strategy for Product Data Management (PIM and DAM data) to establish the integrity of product attributes.
- Build annual budget and revise monthly budget as needed based on results and actual spend.
- Review key performance indicators to measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university in Marketing; and a minimum of 5 – 7 years related digital marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience with an emphasis in Marketing or Advertising.
- Prior work experience as a digital marketing manager or strategist.
- Understanding of the marketing best practices and familiarity with the lates digital marketing tools and software.
- Expertise in leading teams, developing talent, and fostering a creative work environment.
- Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical acumen and the ability to effectively analyze data, translate insights to action, and present to an executive audience.
- Deep background in B2B and Consumer marketing via online media sources including paid search, search engine optimization, affiliate marketing, and social media.
- Experience with a company that has multiple lines of business and product categories is required.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends, MarTech, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Experience using current digital marketing tools, preferred experience with Eloqua, SAP, Bynder and Google Analytics.
Digital marketing and/or eCommerce experience in an integrated, multi-channel marketing environment preferred.
