Our Digital Services team manages the hosting and distribution of publicity and marketing assets, plus the creation of original content, for major and independent film studios in the UK and for their international offices.

The successful applicant will liaise with our technical team to oversee the production of encodes and upload of these files to our Panther Online ® Digital Asset Management system, as well as our bespoke Cloud DAM versions for our international clients. The applicant will also be responsible for securely delivering feature-length content to users.

THE ROLE

Working as part of a small, dedicated and talented team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical production of promotional content for the latest movie releases, for our wide range of studio clients.

  • Overseeing content launches (trailers, clips, featurettes, premiere highlights etc) to key press outlets in a timely and efficient manner, often under tight deadlines.
  • Using our internal scheduling system to co-ordinate technical delivery and client billing.
  • Overseeing the delivery of secure screeners to journalists and partners.
  • Uploading and migrating and managing content on our DAM Cloud portals, maintaining good client relationships with these dedicated clients.
  • Pro-actively maintaining the presentation of our digital asset management systems by ensuring all content is correctly organized and well-presented.
  • Ensuring that a high level of client service and client engagement is maintained at all times.
  • To work with digital producers and account managers to oversee the adaption process across editing, motion graphics, subtitling, audio mixing and technical delivery when necessary, to ensure that delivery timescales are met.
  • To ensure that all work is delivered to an appropriate technical and creative quality.
  • Handle and support the team with client billing and the raising of invoices.
Requirements

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to develop positive working relationships with both internal and external contacts at all levels
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, proficient in Excel, Word.
  • Understanding of post-production workflows and digital file delivery
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Have a passion for film and social media
