Job Summary:

The Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for gathering, organizing and publishing all digital content across the portfolio of TFE brands for implementation across a broad array of digital platforms both internal and external. In addition, this individual will be responsible for administration of users, reporting on usage of the asset management platform, and liaising with outside vendors (e.g. retailers, distributors, vendors, and other relevant eCommerce customers).

The ideal candidate is exceptionally well-organized and highly attentive to detail. This person is an excellent project and task manager who can think like an educator and intuitively understand how to present information in a logical and streamlined format to various internal functional groups.

Essential Functions:

The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned.

  • Responsible for collecting all required product information and digital assets from disparate sources (brand, agency, SAP, sales, etc.) for Product Information Management (PIM).
  • Learns the Content Management System (CMS) software (Salsify/OneSpace) and best practices and acts as a technical subject matter expert for the organization.
  • Leverages expertise to build new channels within the CMS.
  • Executes content project requests as directed by various stakeholders.
  • Proactively audits Trinchero Family Estates’ digital presence on priority external platforms and takes action to correct areas of opportunity.
  • Gathers digital assets for products across the portfolio and works cross-functionally with brand marketing, creative services, digital marketing, and the national/regional sales teams.
  • Auditing brand copy and SEO across internal and third-party sites to ensure TFE brand priority
  • Organizes, tags and associate’s metadata to all digital assets relative to their medium, use and anticipated users.
  • Administers and maintains platform users and file systems.
  • Works with outside vendors (e.g. retailers, distributors, vendors, and other relevant eCommerce customers) and platforms to develop and coordinate content.
  • Proactively reviews and project manages to ensure consistency and relevancy of all assets.
  • Collaborates with the brand marketing teams to align and coordinate on digital content activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience: 2-4 years of content development experience
  • Experience with optimizing for various search engines
  • Competency on Windows and/or Macintosh operating systems.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge with Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Demonstrated success working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions and workflows.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to going above and beyond to help partners and system users in solving problems or locating information.
  • Experience in editing and proofing – an editorial mindset which seeks to understand how and what type of content is consumed by our audience.
  • Ability to organize and present content with experience creating a highly organized resource repository or content library with a detailed focus on version control (old versus new content).
  • Ability to manage priorities from multiple stakeholders in a complex environment with a focus on the delivery of on-time results.
  • Adaptability and flexibility with a willingness to embrace change and to adopt strategies and directional changes on the fly.
