The overall remit of Visual and Content Management Services is to design, deliver, commercialize, and operate scalable capabilities that support The Coca-Cola Company’s (TCCC) continued delivery and innovation of digital content across digital channels worldwide, and includes capabilities such as Social Content Activation, Digital Experiences, Digital Shelf & eCommerce Capabilities, and Digital Asset Management.

This global team within the Platform Services Organization is focused on serving Marketing and Public Affairs, Communications & Sustainability (PACS) teams worldwide with the right solutions enacted at the right time to help these groups deliver their messages more efficiently and more effectively around the world.

Reporting to the Digital Assets Director, the Operations Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Digital Assets team in the ongoing day-to-day operations for The Coca-Cola Company’s global digital asset management system, DMeX. This includes the ongoing business processes and operations that enable TCCC to reduce operating costs by increasing asset reuse and feed the content ecosystem with the most efficient marketing content.

What You’ll Do for Us

Platform Operations:

  • Lead and/or participate in weekly status meetings with key partners and report to the business any critical risks or escalations
  • Drive sprint routines and manage Jira, proactively tracking items and motivating team to deliver
  • Support Operations Manager in identifying, analyzing, prioritizing and implementing process improvements and strategic resource allocation, including but not limited to data integrations, systems integrations, partner/process integrations, OU and Platform Services partnerships
  • Support the Operations Manager, Rights Management team, and Asset Management team in migration planning, process optimizations, exception releases, escalation or resolution of in-market challenges and compliance needs, and automating processes
  • Partner with the Operations Manager to develop, maintain and enhance operational processes and service delivery; leading and/or performing process documentation
  • Collaborate with Director, Product Owner, UX Architect and other key stakeholders and partners to produce meaningful results against user feedback, organizational goals and leadership vision
  • Other project support responsibilities to be assigned for key TCCC initiatives
Business Operations:

  • Assist Operations Manager in the management of budget and billing management
  • Manage legal and stakeholder approvals; documenting and/or cataloging as needed
Reporting and Insights:

  • Assist in driving reporting maintenance and elevation of DAM Reporting capabilities
  • Manage backlog of reporting enhancements, thinking critically to drive appropriate prioritization and delivery
  • Create materials and artifacts for story-telling that communicate key insights for business decision making across global user base
​Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Work experience
  • 2-5+ years of experience
  • Proven effectiveness in developing and/or optimizing marketing creative processes across asset creation, distribution, trafficking, reuse and promotion; agency experience a plus
  • Experience with operations, vendor management, budgeting, contract management, digital marketing, and/or management of process, projects, and/or products
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights, delivered verbally or via written communication
  • Expertise with stakeholder management, executive communications, and navigating a matrixed organization
  • Strong track record of positive team collaboration and partnership
  • Agile mindset:  Asks meaningful questions to reveal opportunities or impediments. Removes barriers to move faster. Experiments and adapts.  Thrives under pressure and fast paced work dynamics.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with fluctuating and conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Self-starter mentality with passion for problem-solving, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and to direct others’ work
  • Experience in DAM, asset and/or rights management tools/operations a plus
  • Drives Innovative Business Improvements: Develops new insights into solutions that result in organizational improvements; promotes a work environment that fosters creative thinking, innovation and rational risk-taking.
