Digital Asset Librarian
The Digital Asset Librarian is responsible for managing all visual asset filing and organization across brands for Dotdash Meredith Commerce group. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Uploading files to Dotdash Meredith’s DAM and applying the appropriate metadata, training new users on how to use Dotdash Meredith’s asset management systems, naming files and ensuring they follow the proper naming convention, Managing and creating logical folder structures so that digital workspaces and storage drives are clean and manageable, working alongside the Retouching Manager to help manage the post production schedule,

About Your Contributions:
- Support delivery of files to and from offshore post production team
- Ensure that metadata is used properly and efficiently across all Lab imagery
- Collaborate with the Commerce, Production and Editorial teams to create a robust organized library or original imagery for Dotdash Meredith.
- 3-4 years of experience working in a DAM
- Knowledge of metadata best practices and uses.
- Very strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.
- Knowledge of Adobe Bridge, Photoshop or Lightroom a plus.
