We're HIRING NOW for a Digital Asset Administrator! This role is based at our beautiful corporate offices in downtown Medford, OR.

Digital Asset Administrator

The Digital Asset Administrator is responsible for maintaining, filing and the accessibility of all digital assets, such as images, videos and audio files for Lithia & Driveway. This role will work collaboratively with all departments within the organization to facilitate filing structures, internal access to content, and content distribution to outside vendors. It is highly suggested that the position of Digital Asset Administrator have strong analytical and organizing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Training for all users related to asset management system
  • Facilitate the uploading of digital assets as well as maintaining the system as necessary
  • Registers internal and external users to the digital asset management system based on permissions and
  • access levels
  • Responsible for assigning appropriate metadata and taxonomy for assets to ensure accurate usage rights and searchability
  • Archive assets as necessary
  • Creation and maintenance of brand, campaign, and portfolio pages
  • Maintains accurate processes, procedures and documentation records for the system
  • Perform asset audits annually or as necessary
  • Establish and maintain file-naming conventions and metadata standards across multiple digital asset categories.
  • Oversee the ongoing ingestion, organization, and maintenance of the DAM, ensuring that duplicate, non-compliant, and obsolete files are deprecated in a timely manner.
  • Other duties as identified and assigned
Skills and Qualifications

The following knowledge, skills and abilities are needed to be successful in this position:

  • Not required but highly encouraged: Use of production computer programs within Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365
  • High aptitude for systems and logical categorization of information
  • Understanding of digital asset management functionality and processes
  • Highly detailed, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.  Resourcefulness.
