To help us achieve this vision, we are looking for a Design Operations Producer to join our team and be responsible for the day-to-day management of creative assets. We are growing quickly and looking to hire the best.

Reporting to our UK Creative Director, the IMDb TV Design Operations Producer is a program manager and contributor to the creative team, with a track record of driving results across multiple creative disciplines including digital design, key art design, motion design, photography and video production.

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage our creative deliverables for our cross-functional creative team focused on the delivery of key art, display ads, trailers, sizzle videos, and more.
  • Partner with the Creative Director to identify appropriate resources needed, assemble the right project team that may include vendor resources, track individual assignments and responsibilities, and develop the milestones and running calendars to ensure timely and successful delivery of every project.
  • Manage the overall Design schedule, proactively mitigating any risks, and keep the scope of effort under control.
  • Gather business requirements from Marketing and partner teams, monitor the creation of functional and design specifications.
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with internal teams and external agencies/studios to assess project requirements, obtain approvals, source creative assets and ensure efficient development and trafficking of assets as per the production plan.
  • Accelerate progress by driving timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., carving paths to green), and escalating appropriately.
  • Contribute to the overall creative process by providing cross-functional business and technical skills to assess and manage risks, measure and report on progress, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, provide escalations to management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs within the design and technical constraints.
  • You may be responsible for organizing/collecting data, writing PR/FAQs and other strategic program documentation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience of Project management and creative production at an advertising agency, network or studio production company.
  • Expert organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, be detail oriented and have an ability to operate autonomously amidst ambiguity.
  • Fluent in video, digital and static formats while understanding the fundamentals of asset management and ad trafficking.
  • Ability to manage team analytics and capacity planning.
  • Experience working with Project Management software to manage the life cycle of a job (e.g. timings, milestones, approvals).
  • Experience managing and negotiating project budgets.
  • Understanding of the digital design process, design execution and roles on a design team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Understanding of digital file and folder management systems (e.g. DAM).
  • Experience managing industry/marketing body approvals (e.g. Clearcast).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Regularly look outward to identify opportunities for improvement and to incorporate advancements in methods and tools.
