Key Responsibilities:

Visual Media Production: Produce high-quality video and photography content, collaborating with internal stakeholders to bring our brand vision to life.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with team members to develop video treatments, scripts, and visual brand messaging strategies. Coordinate with external vendors for additional videography, sound, narration and animation services as needed.

Editing and Multimedia Creation: Utilize editing systems and software to edit video sequences effectively, incorporating stills, graphics, animation, sound effects, narration, and music to create compelling multimedia content.

Logistics and Planning: Plan and schedule shooting sessions, determine equipment needs, and coordinate logistics for video footage and photography. Ensure all production activities align with project timelines and objectives.

Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and messaging throughout all visual media projects, ensuring a cohesive brand identity across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Video, Photography, Marketing or a related field.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in multimedia production.

Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere CC and Adobe After Effects CC, with expertise in diverse video formats, codecs, and operating systems (Mac and Windows).

Additionally, familiarity with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator and experience with motion graphics, color grading, and compression techniques.

Creative Storyteller: Adept at crafting compelling narratives through visual media that empower our brand strategies.

Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the aptitude to effectively collaborate across diverse functional teams.

Hybrid Setup: Individual will have the option to work remotely 2 days a week and in the office 3 days a week.

Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 30% of the time shooting projects in the field, including overnight stays.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Digital rendering, knowledge of 3D animation (Blender), and SketchUp, are preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the building products industry is desirable.
  • Proficient in organizing and managing multimedia content using digital asset management (DAM) systems or content management systems (CMS).
  • Creative and innovative thinker, with a track record of developing unique and engaging visual content strategies.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective video specifications and best practices for maximizing engagement.
