Responsible for Old Navy Marketing Digital Tech work including on-set as well as in-office management of technical specs for photography.

- Owns assigned DT communications for marketing shoots.
- Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including studio, location, office or remote
- Partnership with asset management for metadata & archiving
- Hard drive management for shoots and backups
- On-set owner of DT responsibilities (oversees remotely when several sets are running concurrently, with an approved on-set DT executing) *
- Partners with Creative team to support final edits
- Set color curves for retouching (backgrounds, color saturation, etc)
- Studio assist when needed, aka an extra pair of hands*
- Upload, organize, and sort
- Apply color curvature and processing out RAW images.
- Metadata-tagging (including, but not limited to date shot, season, placements, usage, launch dates)
- Hard drive recipient for shoot and backups
- File export management for all channels
- Reconciliation of unplanned shots
- Digital Asset Manager, Photo Producers, Photo Art Director, Product Team, Photo Account Manager and Photographer
- Existing Digital Tech Team
- Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to interpret nuanced color palette
- Thrive in high-volume, fast-paced team environment.
- Proactive, outside-the-box thinker who can anticipate roadblocks and address them
- Proficient in Capture One, Photoshop and Bridge Applications
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible with a sense of humor
- 1-2 years hands-on experience or in a comparable or relevant role
- Experience with AEM (or similar DAM tools) Global Edit, Box, and Airtable
