Manager, Multimedia Marketing Operations

The Manager of Multimedia Marketing Operations is a dynamic individual with a passion for operational excellence, strong project management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will streamline Multimedia operations and project execution, optimize resource allocation, and cultivate cross-functional collaboration to strengthen stakeholder satisfaction. By consolidating operations, project management, and multimedia production responsibilities, this role will enhance efficiency and enable Goodwin to respond quickly with impactful, media-rich content.

What You Will Do:

  • Stakeholder Satisfaction: Operational management ensures strategic alignment and offers insights into project development, increasing stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Resource Optimization: Review and optimize resource allocation to focus on creating engaging content.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Advance data-driven decision-making for focused decision-making with measurable results.
  • Efficient Project Execution: Streamline project intake, processes, and task tracking to reduce delays and improve efficiency.
Operations:

  • Manage knowledge repository for processes, tools, and team best practices.
  • Manage production calendar, facility usage, and equipment availability.
  • Capture and structure data for insightful reports.
  • Formulate data management workflows and policies.
  • Build out DAM functionality with Box (or other platform)
  • Engage with team members to describe risk appetite and identify data loss risks.
  • Provide resourcing data regarding labor resources usage and availability.
Project Management:

  • Turnkey request intake/traffic manager
  • Meeting support, project kickoffs, cross-functional alignment
  • Tier 1 project management: plan, execute, monitor, close projects.
  • Define and communicate objectives, scope, deliverables, timeline.
  • Integrate cross-team processes, identify bottlenecks, and brainstorm solutions.
  • Identify key project stakeholders and formulate communications strategy.
  • Provide technical support for project management tool, Workfront.
Multimedia Production:

  • Occasional assistance with Multimedia productions
  • On-set and remote support
  • Some travel required.
Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, project management, or a related field within a multimedia marketing or creative environment.
  • Demonstrated success in streamlining project execution, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Project Management Expertise:

  • Strong project management skills with a track record of effectively managing projects from initiation to closure.
  • Experience in defining project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines, and ensuring their successful execution.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Workfront or similar platforms.
Operational Excellence:

  • Experience in managing knowledge repositories, production calendars, and equipment availability.
  • Demonstrated ability to formulate data management workflows and policies to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) systems and their implementation, preferably with Box or similar platforms.
Analytical Skills:

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ability to capture and structure data for insightful reports, providing valuable insights into resource utilization and project performance.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in identifying key project stakeholders and formulating communication strategies to ensure their engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ability to provide technical support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Multimedia Production Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with multimedia production processes and workflows.
  • Ability to provide occasional assistance with multimedia productions, both on-set and remotely.
  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
