Liaison Creative + Marketing has a remote, full-time, full-benefits role for three months as a Digital Asset Coordinator. The position involves assisting a large B2B Tech firm in organizing, tagging, and ingesting marketing and sales items into a digital asset management system (DAM). This will be a good fit for someone with three years of dedicated experience in a specific role organizing and tagging assets for a DAM. We are targeting states we currently operate as priority CA, CO, FL, MA, MD, MN, NC, NV, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, or WI
- Assist the Creative Services team (Production Manager and Globalization Manager) with asset organization (digital filing, metadata, description assignments, and quality assurance review of current assets)
- Upload asset files to SharePoint, Intranet, Video Server, and Go-To-Market Platform
- Assist Creative Services in distributing self-help tools, templates, and assets to the broader organization
- Respond to various inquiries from multiple departments related to Creative Services processes and availability of assets
- Your resume must demonstrate a minimum of three years of experience in a professional role (Digital Asset Coordinator or other) related to digital asset coordination/management using an enterprise DAM system
- Prior experience working remotely and supporting large global organizations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in library science, information science, or archival science, or a related field
- Previous experience in organizing, tagging, assigning metadata, and running quality assurance checks on assets
- Excellent social and oral/written communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented and able to follow complex directions
- Experience using a DAM (digital asset management)
- Sharepoint a plus
- Experience with basic tools in the Adobe Creative Suite (identifying and saving different file types)
