Featured Event – 17th November 2021
This week’s featured event is Search Solutions 2021, taking place on 23rd November. This virtual event will be exploring a broad range of trends and innovations within search and information retrieval (IR), with a full day of tutorials on offer prior to the main conference on Wednesday 24th November. Themes will include data science, enterprise search, systematic search, Digital Asset Management, journalism, and the challenges of information retrieval in public sector archives. The event will play host to a number of prestigious academics and industry professionals, and concludes with a panel session and a webinar from the IR specialist group of BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT. Tickets cost from £5.00 (student tutorials only) to £30 for tutorials and attendance to the conference.
