This week’s highlighted position is for a Director of Knowledge Management and Information Architecture with global non-profit leadership development organisation Center for Creative Leadership. Based in Greensboro, North Carolina, but operating fully remotely, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to improve efficiency and agility within the organisation’s content workflows and information architecture. Additional duties will include leading a small team to define, design, and document content services and information flows. Applicants should be familiar with Artificial Intelligence techniques and have experience with library management practices.

- 8+ years working with digital asset management or learning content management systems
- Experience leading content governance strategy and processes
