Featured Job – Digital Asset Manager, Flexjet – 30th July 2021
This week’s highlighted position is for a Digital Asset Manager with American fractional aircraft ownership company Flexjet. Working with the Global Marketing Department out of Cleveland, Ohio, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the organisation’s digital video and photographic assets. Duties will include collection, ingestion and cataloguing using the Widen DAM system, along with managing metadata, search, audits, user roles and permissions, and monitoring licensing and usage. Additional tasks will include training, ongoing maintenance, and improvement of the DAM system and its associated workflows.
Required experience includes:
- Education – Management Library Science (MLS or MLIS) degree from an American Library Association (ALA) accredited university preferred, with a specialization in archival studies, digital media, or a Master’s degree in archival studies or similar experience.
- 3+ years working in archives or digital asset management, preferably in a corporate setting with management experience.
- Preferred if the candidate has experience establishing a new digital asset management program in a corporate setting.
