Featured Job – Digital Asset Management Specialist, United Nations Population Fund – 26th January 2024


This week’s featured opportunity is for a Digital Asset Management Specialist with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) – a UN agency dedicated to the improvement of global reproductive and maternal health.  Operating out of New York (remote working options are available) and reporting to the Head of Multimedia, the successful candidate will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the organisation’s DAM system (based on Orange Logic Cortex).  Duties will include daily management of workflows and assets (upload, ingestion, cataloguing, tagging), security, user access controls and permissions, managing the structure of the DAM, providing training, support and documentation, monitoring and reporting of DAM metrics and user feedback, developing the platform’s growth via APIs and taxonomies, and working with Orange Logic to resolve any issues and keep the system operating efficiently.

A minimum of five years of experience managing DAM platforms is required. Demonstrable experience with large DAM systems, including technical expertise; Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in coordinating multimedia DAM systems including web, database, API, taxonomy and related components.”  [Read More]
