This week’s featured position is for a Digital Asset Coordinator with renowned and long-running UK gardening charity, the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS). The role is available at numerous locations throughout the UK, operating on a remote/hybrid basis. Applicants are expected to have a solid understanding of DAM technologies and workflows, with previous experience being a definite advantage. Key responsibilities and duties will entail all aspects of managing the organisation’s DAM operations, including: user onboarding, training and support; leading auditing and archiving efforts; leveraging the DAM’s value via asset reusage; ensuring usage rights, licensing and copyright rules are adhered to; working with various departments to enable the streamlined sharing and distribution of digital assets; and assisting with photo-shoot logistics.
