This week’s highlighted opening is for a Digital Asset Management Specialist with privately held American chain of pet superstores PetSmart Inc. Operating out of Phoenix, candidates are expected to have a degree in librarianship, data science or informatics and at least two years’ experience working within DAM or a similar technical role. Key responsibilities will encompass numerous disciplines covering DAM workflows (upload, ingest, catalogue, tag), managing metadata and taxonomy standards, developing and implementing new processes, orchestrating user onboarding, support and training, and generally assisting the DAM Manager. Knowledge of PIM, e-commerce, the digital shelf or creative retail environments is a bonus.
