Featured Job – Data Manager, Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew – 9th December 2022
This week’s highlighted position is for a Data Manager with botanical and educational institute, the Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for cleaning and migrating botanical specimen records into the organisation’s collection management systems. Duties will include importing, maintaining and monitoring specimen records, developing and improving the digitisation process, assisting in documentation of the data management workflows, and liaising with numerous stakeholders, including IT and Science departments, the Research Leader and the Digitisation Operations Manager. Experience in data management and the associated technical and computing skills is essential.
