This week’s highlighted opportunity is for a Digital Content Production Specialist with American luxury jewellery and speciality retailer Tiffany & Co.  Encompassing a wide range of disciplines across content and creative operations, project management, and cross-channel marketing, the successful candidate will have a strong background in DAM and Content Management Systems.  Main duties will include managing the organisation’s DAM system and focusing on streamlining digital content workflows, authoring marketing campaigns, collaborating with the creative team and key stakeholders, and generally ensuring a high quality customer experience across all Tiffany.com sites and channels.

The Digital Content Production Specialist is responsible for authoring all .com marketing campaigns for all Tiffany.com sites in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web content management system, managing/maintaining all digital assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, presenting final campaign layouts to global key stakeholders including Creative for first round of feedback, managing/applying all the additional rounds of edits in AEM from collected feedback prior to launch, playing a key role in delivering all site visitors a seamless and frictionless user experience by adopting a rigorous approach to Quality Assurance, and driving the omni-channel strategy through effective task execution and collaboration .”  [Read More]
