Temp Digital Asset Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Digital Asset Manager to join our team and ensure the efficient management of digital assets. As a Digital Asset Manager, you will be responsible for properly tagging and cataloging incoming assets, distributing assets to the marketing team, and reviewing requests through Asana. This position plays a critical role in maintaining our digital media resources and ensuring they are easily accessible to the team.

Timeline: This 4-month, temporary position from the end of November 2023 through the beginning of April 2024. Solidified end date will be determined by March 1st, 2024.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Properly tag incoming assets from E-commerce sources in the Digital Asset Management System (DAM).
• Properly tag incoming editorial assets in the DAM.
• Distribute assets to the Marketing Team via Slack, ensuring they have the necessary resources for their campaigns.
• Review and respond to any incoming asset requests and tasks through Asana, ensuring they are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience and Skills:
• Proficiency in using Digital Asset Management Systems. Previous experience in Digital Asset Management is preferred.
• Familiarity with Asana or other Project Management Systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.

Programs/Software Requirements:

• Proficiency in Digital Asset Management System (e.g., Bynder, Widen Collective, Content Hub, etc.).
• Experience with Asana or a similar Project Management System.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and tracking.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Bridge for basic image editing and asset preparation.
