We are seeking a Technical Architect IV to join our dynamic team in Madison, WI. This is a pivotal role responsible for designing and implementing robust technical solutions across various domains. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), digital asset management systems (DAMS), and integration strategies. They will provide technical leadership, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and drive innovation to ensure seamless system performance.

- Architect and oversee integrations between various systems (e.g., e-commerce, membership/CRM, DAMS).
- Develop APIs, middleware, and data pipelines to facilitate seamless data flow.
- Implement and support DAMS to establish a single source of truth for digital assets.
- Design and optimize cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure) for high availability, security, and scalability.
- Define and implement identity management and SSO strategies for internal and external users.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand e-commerce and POS requirements.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Research and recommend new technologies to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and associated services.
- Experience with DAM systems, integration patterns, and SSO protocols.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of network and security principles.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and M365 products.
- Ability to work independently, lead teams, and manage projects effectively.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, scripting languages (PowerShell, Python), and automation frameworks.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
