Position Summary/Objective:  

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Omnichannel Production Manager to lead our creative production efforts across multiple channels and platforms supporting MadeGood and Good To Go. The ideal candidate is a creative visionary with a strong background in managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and “always on” content. As the Senior Omnichannel Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end creative production process, ensuring seamless execution that aligns to our brand guidelines delivering a cohesive and consistent customer experience across our channels.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative production process for integrated marketing campaigns and “always on content” from concept adaptation to delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design, copywriting, and digital teams, to ensure the timely, flawless, and cohesive execution across owned and paid channels (POS, websites, retail media, social, LinkedIn etc)
  • Ensure ALL designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency with the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and packaging suppliers to ensure accurate production of packaging materials.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure packaging designs are accurate, error-free, and ready for production.
  • Ensure packaging designs adhere to relevant industry regulations, labeling requirements, and legal standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of production artists, fostering a collaborative, fun and forward-thinking environment.
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and support to ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines and maintain a consistent level of creative output.
  • Identify and address potential bottlenecks or challenges in the production process to optimize efficiency.
  • Look for opportunities and tools to implement automation to drive efficiencies.
  • Review final deliverables, conducting thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign or “always on” objectives.
  • Collaborate with freelancers, and external production partners to enhance creative capabilities and scale production efforts as needed.
  • Partner with Creative Director to create and implement “Always On” workflows across all channels.
  • Willingness to embrace new technologies, trends, and new production approaches to increase speed to market.
  • Oversee the organization, maintenance, and utilization of the company's digital asset management system.
  • Implement best practices for storing, cataloging, and retrieving creative assets, ensuring easy accessibility for cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to continuously improve DAM workflows, metadata tagging, and asset version control.
  • Train team members on DAM usage and monitor compliance with asset management procedures, safeguarding the integrity and security of digital assets.
Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in creative production with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Familiarity with packaging materials, printing processes, and production techniques to create designs that are both visually appealing and feasible for production.
  • Experience working with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure high-quality production of packaging materials.
  • Proficiency in creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, project management tools, digital marketing and DAM platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically, bringing innovative solutions to the table.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel marketing strategies and the ability to adapt creative concepts to various platforms.
