The Role:
The Sr. IT Project Manager, eCommerce & Martech, will work as part of the IT Digital Platforms team to manage the revamp of Logitech’s eCommerce solution and implement Marketing platforms such as Product Information Management systems (PIM), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Digital Asset Management systems (DAM) and Email marketing tools. This position will be located in Newark, California.

- Manage multiple projects in the Martech space. Identify project goals, budget and resources needed; develop & document Charters, Communication Plans, Timelines, Risks/Issues, Action Logs, Status Updates and more; measure progress and keep the project on track
- Partner with Global Marketing, Brand, Web, CX, Supply Chain and IT teams to extract and document business and technical requirements, lead design sessions, and organize training, user acceptance testing and delivery efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share information, build consensus, and help ensure work aligns with internal strategic priorities and achieves common goals
- Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products
- Work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the globe and at all levels of the organization. Build positive working relationships, drive strong team engagement and effectively manage escalations
- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the business's current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective
- Serve as consultant to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results
- Be one of the first points of contact for user support and problem solving
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
- 15+ years in the IT Industry, implementing CRM, eCommerce, PIM and other marketing solutions on schedule and within budget
- 10+ years direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule
- Excellent understanding of traditional marketing disciplines including Search engine optimization, Customer segmentation, Digital Advertising, Email marketing, Lead generation, Database management & Website optimization
- General expertise with a wide variety of marketing technology including Content management platforms, Customer relationship management platforms, Experience management software, Email marketing tools, E-commerce and Mobile tracking software
- Ability to bring a consulting approach to help business solve issues and challenges
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies. Agile/PMI /PMP /CAPM Certification a plus
- Excellent verbal, active listening and written communications skills that should be equally effective with IT, marketing, and sales
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments
- Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with a diversely distributed global IT and business team members
- Knowledge of Digital River eCommerce solutions, Adobe Experience Cloud, Web Services (Rest / SOAP)
- Experience with managing websites that span multiple countries and locales, working with translation management software to manage global content
- Good understanding of marketing automation and data integration tools
