Hybrid schedule: Our office teams have transitioned back to working in the office on a regular hybrid schedule. At present, team members are expected in the office an average of three (3) days a week. Decisions regarding any changes to our hybrid schedule will be communicated.

What you will be doing:

The Sr. Director, Creative and Content Excellence is a key leadership role on the Global Marketing COE. This lead team member joins peers including VP, Business Intelligence, Insights & Analytics and VP, Experience Planning, Media, and Digital Strategy to identify key enablers and priorities to support the portfolio strategy and growth ambitions and drive creative and content excellence. You will be accountable for leading a creative and content project management team, agency roster, agency performance assessments, content creation model/process and content calendar approach and briefing best practices and content syndication and asset management.

The Sr. Director, Creative and Content Excellence will cultivate creative excellence in briefing, agency reviews and pitches and creative/content testing best practices. The Sr. Director, Creative and Content Excellence will work with brands to ensure all creative assets and content to fulfill the full-funnel experience plan. The Creative Excellence lead is also accountable for overseeing relationships with the preferred roster of creative agencies and ensuring every asset produced is fit for purpose and platform delivering business expectations and creative efficiency improvements.

  • Lead all creative consultation and thought leadership for the global organization, inclusive of retailer content needs
  • Ensure creative assets meet successful key performance indicators, both short and long-term efficiency metrics and improve year over year return on investment metrics as measured by market mix modeling
  • Accountable for agency oversight in partnership with brands and indirect procurement
  • Lead creative training including bringing in platform partners (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Teads) for brands and agency partners
  • Assesses and develop POV for internal vs. external content model
  • Leads brands on briefing processes ensuring creative briefs and content development meets needs of Experience Plan content framework
  • Partner with Insights & Analytics to ensure creative testing and measurement practices are established
  • Lead all aspects of creative AOR relationships and SOW development alongside procurement to ensure an optimized approach to creative development
  • Identify production standard processes and efficiencies across the portfolio
  • Partner with Digital Operations to ensure appropriate marketing technology that enables the creative function (e.g., PIM, DAM)
Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Proven leadership and competence across managing creative development, directing creative agencies of record, and leading in-house content development
  • Established experience in creative standard methodologies across key digital platforms including Google, Verizon, Teads, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat and Twitter
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully leading partner relationships
  • Ability to align resources, prioritize, and meet deadlines in fast paced environment
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 12 years of professional experience with relevant consumer insight background
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in CPG and durable goods
