Position
The Digital Content Production Specialist is responsible for authoring all .com marketing campaigns for all Tiffany.com sites in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) web content management system, managing/maintaining all digital assets in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, presenting final campaign layouts to global key stakeholders including Creative for first round of feedback, managing/applying all the additional rounds of edits in AEM from collected feedback prior to launch, playing a key role in delivering all site visitors a seamless and frictionless user experience by adopting a rigorous approach to Quality Assurance, and driving the omni-channel strategy through effective task execution and collaboration. The role collaborates cross-functionally across different functions in the organization, including, but not limited to, Creative, Digital Content Operations and Project Management.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in e-Commerce Operations, Digital Asset Management platforms and Content Management systems, is detail oriented, and is a great collaborator.

Accountabilities:
- Responsible for authoring all .com Marketing Campaigns and having full ownership of the final delivery, including QA.
- Partner regularly with key stakeholders from the Creative team, Content Management, Site Operations and Project Management to meet/manage project deadlines and/or develop/implement process improvement solutions to address issues/opportunities.
- Manage end-to-end production asset delivery handoff process with Creative and AEM campaign handoff process with the Digital Content Publishing team.
- Manage the DAM, including, organizing, storing and retrieving rich media of .com marketing campaigns, with a focus on enhancing media library searchability and automating workflows.
- Present final campaign layouts and demonstrate functionality of newly released components or enhancements to the Creative team & key stakeholders.
- Responsible for managing and editing pages based on cross-functional user review and implementing the feedback for each given project before go-live.
- Partner with Project Management & direct Manager to raise any concerns about hitting project deadlines.
- Responsible for ensuring a high-quality user experience on all Tiffany.com sites.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience in Ecommerce/ Website Operations/ Digital Marketing.
- 2+ years of experience working with Web Content Management Systems (WCMS) and authoring tools, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Experience working in graphic design with impeccable attention to detail
- 1+ years’ experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.
- Experience with project management tools, preferably Wrike.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented self-starter with excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
