As a Software Engineer Lead within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor junior developers
  • AEM (Adobe Experience Mgr) Site, DAM( Digital Asset Management ) application development
  • Work with business stakeholder, BSA and other team members on application requirements analysis and solution design
  • Level 3 support on production issue analysis/troubleshooting
  • Support production release
Qualifications:

  • Tech lead experience
  • AEM application design and development experience
  • Strong UI development experience, Angular experience is preferred
  • System architecture/application architecture knowledge
  • Java application design and development experience
  • DevOps, Jenkin/GIT experience is preferred
  • Agile experience
AEM Experience

  • AEM Sites, design & develop components, templates
  • Developing OSGi components and services using OSGi framework
  • AEM Workflows
  • Developing REST based services using Apache sling
  • Using AEM as Headless CMS and developing Content as a Service
  • AEM Tag management
  • Analyzing/troubleshoot AEM environment and production issue
  • AEM performance tuning
  • AEM upgrade support
  • AEM form development
Job Description

  • Creates and leads the technical design and development of software solutions.
  • Proposes & designs software solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares technical and procedural documentation required.
  • Facilitates complex problem resolution.
  • Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues. Reviews coding, testing, and documentation of software.
  • Applies modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
  • Managing Risk - Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
