We're looking for an amazing Senior Web Producer to guide, support, and execute the development and implementation of our content marketing strategy across key branded & corporate content marketing initiatives, training and onboarding of new employees and generating training materials for Seabourn’s CMS environment. This is  hybrid position and can be based either in Seattle, WA or Miami, FL. In this role, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert of AEM content management authoring capabilities and create a vision for enhancing content authoring components.

You’ll lead large scale content publishing projects end-to-end from wireframe prototyping through content development and authoring and work with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and supervise content. You’ll also manage and negotiate project timelines, identify and report project risks and vulnerabilities, provide guidance for future improvements in technical and marketing approaches and coordinate with teams to obtain any and all information required to complete projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, optimize, publish, test, and maintain AEM Webpages and content in coordination with the broader ecommerce team and brand stakeholders. Own content projects, managing and prioritizing multiple projects with different degrees of effort and complexity in a fast-paced environment. Convert conceptual designs into AEM Webpages utilizing existing components and or custom HTML and CSS while adhering to brand guidelines, SEO and UX best practices. Support manager in defining Web content project scopes, strategy, and technical feasibility. Supports various teams and digital content placements including Web, Mobile App, Social, and Email.
  • Audit content and AEM components, experience fragments and configuration settings to identify risks and opportunities, and work with Web Production Manager to develop a roadmap to reduce risks and capitalize on areas of opportunity. Initiate and drive AEM and content research and project initiatives that contribute to overall Ecommerce strategies. Become familiar with all content on and added to the site to ensure adherence to marketing strategy and guidelines.
  • Analyze content performance, using insights to refine and optimize future content strategies. Stay ahead of content marketing trends, adapting strategies to keep Seabourn at the forefront of luxury cruising. Serve as onsite Point of Contact and in-house “expert” for AEM authoring capabilities and Master Data configuration. Align the business objectives with technical capabilities, proposing innovative solutions in case of a "gap," and proactively recommending enhancements and additional opportunities or capabilities. Research, assess and solve system, load, and display issues related to digital media.
  • Work with Product, Engineering and QA teams to create Web functionality enhancement stories involving content updates or AEM component configurations. Test AEM components, authoring functionality, and platform features, conduct QA, analyze issues, troubleshoot, document defects, and escalate as needed throughout all viewports and placements.
  • Write compelling and SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, guides, marketing copy, white papers, case studies, and webpage content. Partner with SEO to drive requirements and ensure delivery of best practices. Create AEM training guides as a resource for team members to reference and provide hands-on training for onboarding new team members.
  • Lead new user interface designs through the full design and development cycle (including concepts, information architecture, visual design and interaction design). Create isometric illustrations and visual storytelling elements ensuring accessibility and ease of use within Figma and Adobe Photoshop. Design and refine UI elements that enhance user interaction based on an understanding of human behavior and cognitive psychology.
  • Manage photo selection, brand voice, and creative assets for each channel, in alignment with the established brand style guide. Organize, share, and inventory content from Seabourn and stock photography inside Digital Asset Management tool (DAM).
Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in web content publishing or a related field related experience in web, digital, content admin, project management, marketing, and/or design.
  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience required.
  • 3+yrs organizing and overseeing content publisher assignments.
  • Solid understanding of project management and organizational processes with sound analytical skills and abilities.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with experience in content QA, proofreading, and functional testing.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills; ability to quickly evaluate project requests and action accordingly while working within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to work in a team environment and can manage multiple projects with varying deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficient in basic web languages such as HTML, CSS. Knowledge of web editing/debugging software such as browser DevTools, Dreamweaver, WCAG software, etc.
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, other departments, and management.
  • Knowledge in working with global/regional/translated websites and localization workflows is preferred.
  • Experience in monitoring page performance, analyzing metrics, and content governance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Scrum/Agile
  • Collaborates cross-functionally across other teams
  • Takes initiative to lead projects from conception to execution
