Aprimo is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. You will be expected to bring innovative ideas and creative strategies to fuel Aprimo’s marketing engine growth and global field enablement. You will bring your prior experience in SaaS software marketing, and knowledge of the Martech stack to help craft positioning, messaging, support GTM strategies, and sales enablement. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Marketing, you will have a high-visibility, high-impact opportunity that allows you to exercise your strategic vision, business acumen, storytelling skills, and technical martech expertise.


  • Develop an in-depth technical understand of Aprimo’s products and features, acting as a subject matter expert cross functionally.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to define and drive product innovation strategies that align with market trends and customer needs.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination through detailed and closely monitored GTM (go-to-market) plans to facilitate rapid and successful product launches, positioning and sales enablement materials.
  • Collaborate cross functionally on the creation of high quality product collateral including presentations, contextualized use cases, talk tracks, solution briefs, messaging guides, case studies, web content, blog posts, and other assets to maximize the effectiveness and diversified use of our products in market
  • Fuel our marketing engine and generate revenue demand with impactful, data driven product positioning, messaging and thought leadership
  • Leverage a variety of data feedback loops to plan and execute user research programs and complete user journeys to distill insights and refine our profile target personas
  • Additional responsibilities and duties as required

The Essentials

  • A minimum of 5 years of B2B product marketing experience is required
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven and demonstratable experience in launching new product offerings is required
  • Prior experience working within a high-growth SaaS company is required
  • Experience with Martech products and AI is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to own, drive and lead high-impact projects from conception to completion
  • Proven track record in building momentum and thought leadership in a Product Marketing org
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze market data for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively create compelling written content
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical discipline, or equivalent years’ experience - MBA or equivalent experience preferable but not required

  • Being customer-centric, you go the extra mile to develop an intimate understanding of actual (not perceived) customer and prospect needs and learn everything you can about the latest (and evolving) state of the target market
  • Enthusiastic spokesperson/product marketing ambassador with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with analytical skills and ability to use a data driven approach to demonstrate solution ROI.
  • Experience in global cross-functional collaboration to drive key initiatives with the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
