What will I be doing?
As the Senior Manager of MarTech Data, you will support Hilton’s MarTech roadmap by working on assigned areas to understand business and technology requirements, with a focus on the role Data plays in the activation of dynamic, multichannel personalization solutions. You will build strong internal relationships with multifunctional partners to ensure roadmap alignment and understand enhancements or new tools needed to ensure Data activation for MarTech. You will also keep a lens on the technology and vendor marketplace and will then produce options and recommendations to be considered in the roadmap.

What will I be doing?

More specifically, you will:
- Understand and ensure success of the MarTech roadmap and work to engage with and understand the targeted areas including vendors and internal multi-functional partners
- Apply analytical skills to examine data, and ideas, identify assumptions and obtain detailed information to support the planning of MarTech solutions and technology products
- Investigate the customer data available to understand current constraints, pitfalls and opportunities it provides our customer experience
- Provide critical thinking to incorporate emerging trends and innovative technologies in your recommendations that support the enhancement and improvement of the customer experience
- Partner closely with CRM on Master Data Management workstream, standing up a true Customer Profile Master to serve as the source of truth and foundational identity resolution for MarTech systems
- Form a good understanding of and opinion about competitor capabilities and strategies specific to the dynamic content space
- Partner on implementation of new Data capabilities, and coordinate integrations into existing Marketing tools for delivery and handoff to Operational teams
- Act as Data SME to provide input, clarity, or requirements

- Proven background in the Data space, particularly implementation of data across multiple areas with automation for scalability
- Deep understanding of the functional purpose, integrations, hardware, and software of the supported MarTech suite of products at Hilton and more broadly
- Collaborates effectively and forms positive partnerships with team members in groups and levels across a matrixed organization
- Multi-tasker, who handles multiple projects and priorities with a cool head under time constraints to effectively balance concurrent demands
- Committed self-starter and accountable individual, who takes initiative in implementing goals, meeting deadlines, recommending improvements, and leading through delivery
- Experience with internal and external partner relationship management
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Nine (9) years of professional experience in any relatable field
- Seven (7) years within hospitality/travel, Information systems, or Product management
- Three (3) years of experience with vendor management
- Experience working with Data, Customer Data, Data Analytics, Personalization, or similar experience in activation of data across channels
- Understanding of cloud platforms, technologies, integrations, and processing environments
- BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Seven (7) years of experience in Data or Marketing Analytics
