We are looking for a passionate, innovative Senior Creative Operations Specialist who will work across creative disciplines (video, copy, and design) and in strong partnership with marketing leadership to observe creative operations, capacity, intake, and project discovery from the highest level. You’ll help the creative team evaluate and maintain asset management tools. You’ll introduce new technology and solutions to make us better. You may even dabble in tool development and coding. And you’ll develop strong partnerships, drawing from your own leadership skills and expertise, within a strong, vibrant cross-marketing team.

What You'll Do at Pega:

As air traffic controller for Pega’s in-house creative department, you will work to oversee and optimize team operations to ensure we are efficient, enabled, well-coordinated, and running smoothly.

  • Lead creative intake, high-level discovery, and capacity operations for the creative team, driving strategic improvements to team processes, tools, communications, and delivery.
  • File incoming intake requests and drive high-level project discovery for the creative teams.
  • Work closely in partnership with creative leads, program leads, and marketing leadership, communicating timelines where appropriate and helping determine priorities.
  • Partner with creative leads and marketing leadership to reimagine team processes with Gen AI and other emerging technologies.
  • Support team in the governance and maintenance of creative files, and implement policies for organizational best practices (video, design, copy) across key systems, including DAM, Sharepoint, etc.
  • In partnership with a project management peers, you’ll support onboarding and maintaining active list of Pega trusted vendors for both video and creative.
  • Ensure video and creative content receives proper brand review when done by outside vendors.
  • Document vendor list and provides content in centralized location for teams to use/reference.
  • Collaborate across program and channel leads to support project discovery and pull-through of content activation performance/metrics
  • Compose reports and analyze data across creative to determine capacity, workload, and efficiency while uncovering any individual or discipline-wide team trends.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with operations, project management, or traffic management, preferably in a creative environment
  • Proficiency in video production process (preproduction, production, postproduction), design process, and copy process
  • Deep experience with Project Management systems/software (e.g., Trello, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project)
  • Experience with a digital asset manager (e.g., Widen DAM)
  • Excellent project management skills to lead and support a fast-paced, deadline-driven  atmosphere
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to build partnerships while communicating deadlines and expectations clearly
  • Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, tech-savvy and a quick learner
  • Project management tool coding not a necessary skillset but a plus
