This role is offered on an initial 3-month contract INSIDE IR35, on a hybrid location basis. You should be happy to work from ours or the Client’s offices in London up to two days per week, if required.
We’re looking for a Senior Content Strategist to work with our client who is responsible for research, education and upholding standards within the building industry. They are about to undergo a largescale digital transformation, which will include a range of tasks from DXP re-platform, redesign, workflow development, content governance and migration.

Key skills:
- You should have demonstrable experience or familiarity with:
- Large content migration and website redesign projects
- Defining content processes and governance
- Working with different groups of stakeholders, providing clarity on what's asked of them, and managing their expectations proactively
- Content ecosystems where content may be stored in a CMS, DAM, CRM and so on
- Managing the end-to-end content lifecycle, from commissioning and planning, page build, and all the way through to user acceptance testing and go live
- Identifying and creating (or collaborating on) documentation (content models, prototypes, guidance, templates, vocabularies, lists and other artefacts) to capture requirements for business analysts, developers, content producers and page builders
- Content modelling, information architecture and taxonomy
- Note that this is not a content marketing role, but it requires knowledge and experience of content management principles and technology.
- Experience of working in a multidisciplinary context, explaining your approach and your thinking with confidence, and liaising with designers and/or engineers to write and review copy in context.
- You have worked with user researchers and/or have experience of incorporating research findings or customer data into your work.
- Ideally you can sketch your content ideas in context and have experience collaborating/annotating on design artefacts (for example Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
