Job Summary
The Red Hat Marketing team is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join us in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will work with the Marketing team’s new digital asset management (DAM) system, Aprimo DAM, and be responsible for system administration, established policies and governance, develop processes for ingestion and cataloging, taxonomy and metadata management, search optimization, and end user enablement. You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders and librarians from other teams within Global Marketing to deliver a strategy to help end users easily find and operationalize content. Defining clear roles and responsibilities will be the key to creating an efficient and productive process around managing DAM and its assets.

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Administer the digital asset management system e.g., user management, creating new fields, etc.
- Establish and maintain best practices in digital asset management
- Enable end users to find and operationalize content
- Work with other librarians to publish new content and archive expired content
- Manage metadata completeness and accuracy across all assets
- Contribute to the overall marketing taxonomy and metadata strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the global marketing workflows analyst to streamline and automate as much of the content life cycle management process as possible
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience administering or managing aspects of a digital asset management system; ADAM or Aprimo DAM is a plus
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Advanced level user of Excel
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
- Superior attention to detail
