Main Objective:
To support all who need access to Arthrex assets, regardless of format. To answer all questions, facilitate all requests and to support all initiatives when called upon to do so. To develop, improve and maintain processes and standards related to Digital Asset Management, Archives Management, and all other areas of focus and to act as a source of information for those who need to learn about them.

Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience Required:
Library experience preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Subject Matter Expertise
- Demonstrated success in a customer service role
- Ability to work with multiple teams to provide assets and reference help as needed
- Participate in team projects and initiatives.
- Reference Librarianship
- Complete requests assigned within expected service level agreements.
- Ensures that all assigned requests received via email, phone, in person, etc., are handled within the expected service level agreements.
- Promote the use of the digital asset management (DAM) system and Request portal
- Notify stakeholders of distributed content or changes to content status (active, inactive, etc.)
- Cataloguing and Data Management
- Assign appropriate metadata to international assets in all applicable systems (DAM, CMS, MAM, etc.)
- Work with IT and support to ensure the successful ingesting and downloading of digital assets in supported systems.
- Follow all standards and protocols related to asset security, metadata management, etc. and assist with documenting processes and procedures.
Communication
- Communication skills, particularly spelling and vocabulary. Verbal skills, including in-person and telephone
- Organization, priority-balancing, and time management skills
- Ability to work on tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Research, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and work effectively in a team atmosphere when required.
- Adapts well to changes of priority and focus.
- Experience with Microsoft products, including Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Marketing Resource Management Systems or project management systems a plus.
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management Systems a plus
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite a plus
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems a plus
