As part of our companywide digital transformation programme, we are looking for an experienced PIM Project Manager to lead the full implementation, roll out and process development of a new Product Information Management system.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and completion of PIM implementation project to ensure all deliverables are met
- Understand our business requirements, as well as our current data and digital content to understand how it will feed into the PIM
- Understand the channels we want to feed into (from simple to media rich channels) and what information is required for each channel (e.g., our website, ecommerce stores, B2B and B2C partners)
- Ensure the business is self-sufficient post launch with regular solution playbacks and skills transfer activities
- Develop the processes to effectively get our data into the PIM to ensure that it’s repeatable for all future products
- Develop the processes to effectively set up new feeds and channels from the PIM to ensure that it’s repeatable for new future channels
- Maintain timely, open and clear communications with internal and external stakeholders to ensure visibility of status, plan and actions & provide regular updates and reports on progress
- Maintain an effective delivery methodology to ensure the timely identification, evaluation, and mitigation of risks, issues, and dependencies whilst ensuring the project is delivered within the defined framework
- Ensure effective change management, and provide best practice guidance to the business users during and post solution deployment
- Facilitate PIM system workshops and kick off meetings
- At least 6 years of project management experience in software implementation projects
- Proven full project lifecycle experience successfully implementing PIM systems
- Accredited project management qualification such as PRINCE 2 or PMP
- Experience of successfully managing and working with software vendors and third-party suppliers
- Excellent organisational skills and managing deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to review information objectively
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
