Media Asset Library (MAM) - Project Manager

The MAM Project Manager will be responsible for delivery of a media asset library from design through to final implementation including the introduction of digital asset workflows. The candidate will oversee the organization and ingestion of digital assets for all internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the candidate will provide user training, assist in distribution of content, and help implement governance of the MAM system.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the team to decide the specifications and design of the library system
• Build Media into a Master Video Asset Library
• Oversee and Manage Video Operators ingesting assets into the system
• Work with stakeholders and partners to ingest digital assets into the MAM system
• Work with stakeholders and partners to create optimal digital asset metadata
• QA, troubleshoot and fix ingestion and metadata errors
• Enhance the metadata of assets
• Assist in the distribution of content to internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee the process governance of DAM/MAM system
• Help teach users to use the MAM

Key Requirements

• 5-7 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working with enterprise DAM systems
• Knowledge of Post Production Workflows
• Knowledge of Post Production Hardware/Software
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experienced at delivering to project deadlines
• Project Management Experience
• Knowledge of Audio/Video Standards
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
• Demonstrated experience creating and managing digital asset metadata
• Experience with Adobe’s Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge, Lightroom & Illustrator)
