Do you like to think big, dive deep, and know that your work has a global impact? Come join the team responsible for developing campaigns that promote AWS's priority solution themes and services! We centrally develop lead generation, adoption, and engagement campaigns and collaborate with our regional marketing teams to deploy these campaigns globally.
Critical to our success is ensuring we have the optimum marketing technology, tools, and systems to enable our team to work at peak efficiency. This is where YOU come in! As a Marketing Technology Manager, you will optimize our current systems and tools, partner with other teams to roll out new tools, and provide education and support to advance adoption. You will regularly meet with internal stakeholders to understand their emerging MarTech needs, research and recommend solutions, and develop supporting business cases. You will then either lead the adoption of a new tool or system, or represent our team while someone else takes the lead, advocating for solutions that address our team's needs. You will also dive deep into generative AI, identifying ways for AI-led technology solutions to improve our team's efficiency.
You'll thrive in our team if you love technology, pay close attention to detail, possess excellent communication and influencing skills, and like to work independently while in a supportive team environment.
Key job responsibilities
Your core mission? Enabling our team to work at peak efficiency. In a typical day, you'll dive into Workfront, developing a template to support a new program and asking the program lead for feedback. And you'll audit our DAM to ensure compliance with naming nomenclature and file structure.
Effective communication will be key as you partner with program managers and campaign managers to ensure our tools work well for them. Ultimately, your work empowers our team to work efficiently at scale.
