About the Position
- Ensure Becel Social Media Channels (YouTube, Meta, and TikTok) channels are up to date (profile info, banners, ad assets)
- Develop social posts, content creation, and posting cadence on Becel socials
- Prepare transition documents to help onboard new social media agency
- Work with Upfield marketing team and website team to make updates and changes to Becel.ca (consumer and healthcare sites)
- Conduct Becel brand descriptor and pack image audit on 3P marketplaces.
- Work with design agencies to create 3D packaging mock-ups as needed
- Refresh Becel Brand Presentation Deck (assets, pack shots, research slides)
- Organize pack shots and creative assets into folders, ensuring consistent naming conventions for ease of use & findability
- Assist in the designing and trafficking of paid brand materials, such as newsletter lead-generation ads. Adapt old campaign assets.
- Audit and upload-pack shots and assets to the Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Sharepoint
- Assist in spreads innovation concept research projects (support in brief writing, data mining, results data interpretation)
- Support in product launch requirements including completing sell sheets, customer sales pres., product listing, social/comms plans for new products
- Post-launch product progress - data collection on 2024 product launches for comparison to launch targets
- Additionally, managing a marketing intern will enable current Marketing team members to develop People Management skills
- Establish optimal social media ways of working and posting cadence to maximize ROI
- Successfully onboard new social media agency
- Successfully updated brand websites to include new product launches and campaigns while removing discontinued items
- Successfully support in the execution of Research Projects.
- Gain an introduction to the foundations of brand marketing and business acumen
- Develop People Management skills among current Marketing team members
- Improve the organization and refresh brand assets, including campaign videos and key visuals
