The Marketing & Production Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing projects, content production, and vendor management. This individual will support internal teams by coordinating projects, updating project management platforms, and managing assets for review and approvals. They will also oversee partner requests, production timelines, and vendor negotiations to ensure marketing deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with brand objectives.

Project Coordination & Internal Support
- Coordinate marketing projects and timelines, ensuring alignment with brand goals and timely execution.
- Update and maintain project management platforms, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in project team assignments, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Organize a high volume of partner requests, including managing content handoffs, updating travel profiles, and reviewing assets.
- Manage and oversee content approvals, image updates, and asset sharing to support brand and marketing needs.
- Support print and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring materials are produced and distributed on schedule.
- Assist in content development for print, digital, and social media (candidates should be prepared to submit work samples).
- Negotiate with vendors and partners to optimize marketing initiatives and maximize cost efficiencies.
- Oversee the competitive bid and negotiation process for print vendors and suppliers supporting direct mail, seasonal promotions, sales collateral, and other printed media.
- Ensure projects meet approved budgets while maintaining quality and brand consistency.
- Monitor daily work progress and production schedules, proactively resolving issues to keep timelines on track.
- Ensure all project milestones and department goals are met while adhering to brand guidelines and compliance standards.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking and managing approvals to streamline workflow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing communications, project coordination, or a related role.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with print production, vendor management, and budget tracking is preferred.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
