MetLife’s Workflow Manager is responsible for overseeing the WorkFront administration, DAM administration, SLA expectations, legal and compliance approvals, training, and reporting to improve our marketing operations. MetLife is evolving how we manage projects both large and small by leveraging Adobe WorkFront and DAM with industry-leading AI technology.
In this role, you will own the enterprise marketing workflow and digital asset management platforms and the expansion of capabilities into other MetLife lines of business. You will help build and manage a product roadmap and work with key partners and stakeholders. You will help improve the way marketers work together across all regions globally with a focus on US. This is an exciting opportunity to design, implement, and execute a program that will help drive change and improve the workflow experience. Success in this role requires that you are proficient in identifying and prioritizing needs, self-managing multiple projects simultaneously and reporting on progress. The Workflow Manager will work with internal customers to understand business needs for enhancements to Adobe Workfront and DAM, make recommendations on how to satisfy those business needs, make any needed changes for enhancements and defects, document SOPs for those processes, and perform routine support including addressing service requests and incident investigation and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be the product owner for WorkFront and Adobe DAM, HighSpot, and KitTrack
- Optimize workflows across multiple lines of business and regions.
- Help scope and implement technology integrations within WorkFront, Adobe DAM, HighSpot, and KitTrack
- Ensure compliance and brand standards and maintain an auditable record of change.
- Accelerate work with automations, templates, real-time reports, and marketing-focused Agile boards.
- Support over 1,000 users across the business with query resolution, daily system management, and quarterly license audits
- Drive increased user adoption and engagement of WorkFront and Adobe DAM, regularly taking feedback from key stakeholders and driving continuous improvement.
- Establish benchmarks for SLAs and productivity measures of multiple project and job tasks within Marketing Operations and drive the optimizations and reporting to illustrate productivity gains and cost savings.
- Perform daily system administration duties and activities such as add/update/manage users groups teams access levels request queue management and respond to new user requests within 24 hrs.
- Assist in building reports dashboards as required, update custom forms as well as communicate changes to requestors and/or impacted groups.
- Ability to configure and test Workfront objects, including but not limited to user profiles, access and permissions, resource management, custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, email notifications, statuses, job roles, agile teams, groups, layout templates, filters, views, groupings etc. as well as assist with training users on the new configurations.
- Set up, manage, optimize, and archive programs and projects.
- Champion Agile methodologies, playing the product owner role in stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story preparation, and demos.
Required
- Experience with Workfront, Jira, Monday, or equivalent
- Experience with Adobe Digital Asset Manager, BrandFolder, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in a workflow management experience
- Highly motivated, resourceful problem-solver with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- High-energy, focused, and obsessed with customer experience.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in the use of computer tools e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access, and other internal databases/systems.
- Experienced (2+ years) with workflow management from implementation to change management preferably in financial services, insurance, or retail.
- Serves as an effective support resource to team members in key meetings.
- Write grammatically sound and precise documents and presentations and can craft messages at the right level given the audience seniority/needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Experience with Agile Delivery Methodology is a plus.
- Prior digital marketing experience and front-end Customer Experience are strong pluses as is customer service, training, and marketing expertise.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and synthesize complex information into meaningful messages and recommendations.
- Workfront Fusion and integration experience a plus
