We are looking for a Digital Content Manager who will join our team.

In search of a strong creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling that also has a deep understanding of content strategy. This individual will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality SEO-friendly content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports our business objectives on owned and Retailer websites. Must be able to successfully lead the entire process encompassing strategic planning, content calendars, content creation through to execution with all key cross-functional partners. Must have an understanding of digital marketing, SEO and UX, with experience in digital merchandising, and the ability to translate data driven insights into clear and actionable content plans and creative.

In this role you will:

  • Play a pivotal role in crafting and executing a comprehensive digital content strategy across various digital channels (owned & Retailer sites for product & landing pages, blogs, articles, apps, email, etc.) with key cross-functional partners like eCommerce, Digital, IT, Research, Analytics, etc.
  • Responsible for leading teams to create, curate and manage high-quality content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports business objectives with internal and external partners. Inclusive of both short and long-form content that effectively communicates the value of our products to increase awareness and conversion. And, ensure content is tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
  • Must possess a deep understanding of SEO & UX best practices and tools support content optimization for search engines to improve organic reach. Be able to continuously optimize content to meet KPIs.
  • Proficiency working in project management software as well as in content management systems including PIM, DAM & CMS to manage and deploy content effectively.
  • Must be able to lead a team of direct reports to successfully deliver on commitments. Must have experience with direct reports and supporting teams with professional development.
What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, ,
  • 7 – 10+ year’s experience managing creative and/or production design work either with agency relationships and/or internal creative teams
  • Experience managing SEO copywriting, editing, proof reading and/or blogging with a portfolio showcasing diverse content types
  • Experience with digital merchandising, UX design
  • Account or project management experience in a relevant industry
  • Demonstrated copywriting and/or editing skills with a keen ability to develop and adapt tone of voice for various target audiences
  • Demonstrated experience managing direct reports and driving professional development
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Stock, etc.) is required
  • Experience working in Project Management Software, Proofing and Digital Asset Management tools
  • Skilled and creative innovative thinker with a bias towards action
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • High attention to detail, decision-making, problem-solving and multi-tasking
  • Must be results-focused: be able to lead a team to drive progress with competing and shifting priorities, setting and meeting deadlines, managing resources and budgets, ownership in deliverables, quality control, persistence in accomplishing goals for self and others at highest standards
  • Must have excellent proof-reading & editing skills
  • Must be self-motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech savviness with an ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Experience with PIM, DAM & CMS platforms and solid understanding of digital files, for example: image modes (RGB vs. CMYK), image resolutions, pixel ratios, 360 spins, file formats (JPG, PNG, TIF), etc.
  • Experience with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
