The Manager, Digital Asset Management (DAM) has responsibility for supervising the content operating framework within LumiraDx from production to distribution. The role has responsibility for defining the processes supporting all activities taking place within DAM from driving operational efficiency through workflows to monitoring content performance with the digital asset management analytics. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations the Manager, DAM will be a driving force in the digital transformation of marketing operations, leading the content management strategy while acting as super-user of the system. The role will be directly responsible for two SaaS platforms: the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and the Customer / User Learning Management System (LMS).

The Role
- Manage DAM asset library
- Maintain and update taxonomy and metadata framework
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the asset library is always up to date, that data is correct, new material uploaded and outdated dated material archived.
- Design and deliver reports on content analytics, helping the business optimize content design and distribution
- Oversee DAM workflows from intake to distribution
- Collaborate with creative services, communications and other user groups to maintain and optimize workflows
- Provide activity reports on a regular basis
- Supervise content distribution mechanisms for both DAM and LMS
- Work with business users to define distribution needs for various stakeholder groups including but not limited to external agencies, marketing, sales, distributors.
- Organize content accessibility and create adequate distribution tools: DAM home page, collections, brand portals, LMS Curriculums, etc.
- Manage DAM and LMS users
- Set user permissions
- Provide user support
- Create and maintain process documentation and training
- Drive adoption, use, and improvement of the DAM and LMS platforms
- Serve as main point of contact for both internal and external requests
- Manage vendors
- Supervise vendor agreements, renegotiate renewal terms
- Document and communicate bugs
- Drive adoption of new features
- Manage vendor budget
About You
We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail and a high level of skills in communication and problem solving, along with the following skills and experience:
- Experience of leading a major technology roll out in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven and demonstrable experience of working with and understanding of DAM platforms, incl. metadata, taxonomy, user management
- Robust knowledge of digital rights management and web publishing.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant discipline.
